Yes, if it meets egress requirements — minimum window size, height, and accessibility standards for emergency exit. We handle egress window installation and all the permitting required to make a bedroom legally conforming.
Yes. We handle the plumbing rough-in, a sewage ejector pump if required (common in basements below the main drain line), and the full bathroom finish. It's included in our Luxury Buildout and Full Transformation tiers.
For most basement projects, no — you continue living normally upstairs. We use temporary dust barriers, protect your main-floor finishes, and contain all work below grade. During mechanical phases (plumbing, electrical), there may be brief utility interruptions we schedule in advance.
Our proposals are fixed-price documents, not estimates. One client's $95k project came in $200 under. We don't use "allowances" as an escape hatch. If we scope it, we stand behind the number.
